Meal Pickup Policy:
Thank you for choosing Be Well PR, for your culinary needs. To ensure the freshness and quality of our meals, we have established the following pickup policy for clients who choose to collect their packages from our location.

Pickup Window: Clients opting for pickup are required to collect their meals within a period of 7 days from the designated pickup date. This timeframe is crucial, as our meals are crafted with fresh, perishable ingredients, and adherence to the pickup schedule ensures the optimal dining experience.

Storage Limitations: BE WELL PR INC operates as a dynamic manufacturing producer of volume meals, necessitating regular turnover of our storage facilities to accommodate new productions each week. As a result, it is imperative that clients promptly retrieve their packages within the specified 7-day window.

Expiration of Pickup Period: Should meals remain uncollected beyond the 7-day period, BE WELL PR reserves the right to discard the package. No refunds or credits will be extended in such cases. It is the client's responsibility to adhere to the pickup policy, and failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the meals without compensation.
By choosing to utilize our pickup service, clients agree to abide by the terms outlined above. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our meal preparation process.

Refund/Credit or Exchange Policy:
We offer a 24 hour refund/credit or exchange policy, providing you the opportunity to request a credit, exchange, or refund within24 hours of receiving your item or package.
To be eligible, contact our staff to clarify your order. If the received items are substandard or the order is incorrect, you may qualify for a full credit, exchange for a similar item from our Grab N Go daily meal selection, or a full refund for a single item or package. Ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your claim is accepted, we will communicate a solution. We will inform you about the availability of the exchange or discuss if you prefer a credit or refund. For any questions, feel free to contact us at bewellmealspr@gmail.com.
Food Preparation:
Be Well PR recommends following the warming instructions on the Meal packaging. Each Meal has a corresponding description online. For questions or concerns about your meal or warming instructions, contact bewellmealspr@gmail.com or Customer Experience at (787) 244-2552.
Return and Refund Policy:
If you are dissatisfied with any part of your Meal package or a specific Meal, contact us at bewellmealspr@gmail.com or call Customer Experience at (787) 244-2552 within five (5) days of receiving the unsatisfactory item.
Regarding Meal conditions, we may, at our discretion, offer credit for the individual Meal and, in some cases, issue a partial or full refund. We reserve the right to request the return of the unsatisfactory Meal or a photograph before issuing any partial/full refund or credit. Future updates or additions to our offerings are subject to this agreement.
Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as perishable goods (food, beverages), and custom products (special orders or personalized items), cannot be returned. Contact us with specific questions or concerns about your item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable goods (food, beverages, snacks).
Exchanges:
The quickest way to replace a meal is to request and exchange to the defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Our staff will gladly provide different options to choose from our daily selection at our store and, once accepted, we will provide with options to either deliver the item or the client may also choose to pick it up at our store.
Refunds:
Once we receive or inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
